PURPOSE: A molding method of a vehicle bumper beam is provided to improve crashworthiness by using a bead unit to increase strength of a bumper beam and to uniformalize a welded part even when various parts are welded onto the welded part, thereby improving welding quality. CONSTITUTION: A molding method of a vehicle bumper beam comprises the steps of uncoiling, straightening, piercing, roll forming, welding, and bending. A regular bead unit(B) is formed onto a plane of a steel sheet panel preliminary to the initial roll molding to correspond to the inner cross section of the radius curvature of a molding beam which is molded in the step of bending. The regular bead unit is included in the step of bending. |
