<p>594740 Disclosed herein is a solid pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular disorders comprising granular forms of amlodipine and losartan which are separated from each other, and a stabilizing agent, wherein the stabilizing agent is an anti-oxidant selected from the group consisting of butylated hydroxytoluene, butylated hydroxyanisole, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, erythorbic acid, citric acid, ascorbyl palmitic acid, ethylene diamine tetracetic acid, sodium pyrosulfite, and a mixture thereof, and is used in an amount ranging from 0.005 to 5% by weight based on the total weight of the composition.</p> |
