The present invention relates to a fuel curtailing apparatus of internal combustion engines wherein fuel can be greatly saved by improvement of combustion efficiency, improvement of torque and reduction of exhaust gas, and comprises a conduction plate (10) and an amplifier (30). Connected between the power supply terminal and the conduction plate is a gas activation reinforcement instrument (20) comprising a frequency resonance coil power supply (22), a local power generating power supply and detection circuit (23), a power amplification circuit (24), a power amplification IC (27), an amplifier power supply (28). The conduction plate (10) is provided with a coil part (12), to the end parts on both sides of which the copper plate (14) is electrically connected while a bottom face of the copper plate (14) comprises an auxiliary plate (16) made of a material with a different standard electrode potential value from the copper plate. |
