<p>Provided is a method for purifying high-purity aluminium by directional solidification, comprising the steps of: selecting an aluminium raw material with a purity of from 4N to 5N, heating same to a temperature of 670°C to 730°C, standing for 7 to 80 minutes, then cooling the bottom of a container (3), crystallizing the aluminium molten liquid upward from the bottom of the container (3), so as to obtain a crystal ingot after 1 to 8 hours, stirring and heating the aluminium liquid during the crystallization of a crystal ingot finished product portion, maintaining the particular temperature gradient of the aluminium liquid, and removing one end from a portion of the crystal ingot after crystallization, the reminder being high-purity aluminium. Also provided is a smelting furnace, comprising a furnace shell (1), heating devices (2), a container (3), a temperature-measuring device, a stirring device, and a cooling device (6), etc.</p> |
