A lever of a trunk lid latch for emergency according to the present invention comprises: a handle unit exposed to the outside of a trunk lid latch housing and capable of being pulled by being gripped inside a truck; and a tensile member in which one end is combined to the handle unit and the other end is connected to a latching unit formed at a release lever so that the release lever receives the power and is driven to be rotated if the handle unit is pulled. The handle unit and the tensile member are made of elastic synthetic resin materials in which are integrally formed. In this case, the lever of the trunk lid latch for emergency includes a support member in which one end is integrally connected to the handle unit and is formed to be protruding to the inside of the housing.
