The present invention discloses a system for interlocking and controlling a terminal. A user terminal used in the system includes an image unit which outputs image data which is shared with a receiving terminal and a signal unit which transmits an image signal which includes the image data which is outputted from the image unit and a control signal which includes the location information of a touch unit which approaches the user terminal to the receiving terminal.
