The present invention relates to a packing case sheet for bean curd and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to the packing case sheet for bean curd which thermally extrudes, at the temperature of 200-270, pellets manufactured by mixing: 100 parts by weight of a poly-based synthetic resin comprising 25-65 weight% of polypropylene, 10-40 weight% of high intensity polyethylene and 10-35 weight% of low density polyethylene; 15-40 parts by weight of a releasing agent of a particle condition which is obtained by mixing 70-95 weight% of low density polyethylene and 5-30 weight% of animal fat and melting the same at the temperature of 180-230; 10-30 parts by weight of vegetable palm glycerine; and 1-5 parts by weight of a coloring agent, and by injecting them into an extruder, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention enables bean curd to be easily separated from a packing case by giving an excellent releasing property to the surface of the packing case sheet for bean curd, thereby minimizing appearance damage and food loss and being harmless to humans, environment-friendly and economical by the reuse of the packing case. |
