The present invention relates to lead-free piezoelectric ceramics and manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to lead-free piezoelectric ceramics which is composded of [Bi0.5(Na1-xKx)0.5TiO3]-BiAlO3 and has a perovskite structure. Unlike lead-based PZT which is harmful to the human body and induces environmental contamination, Bismuth-based piezoelectric ceramics is environment-friendly and shows low coercive field and high electric field strain, thereby improving piezoelectricity.
