A dropper of eye drops comprises an eye drops storage (1) for storing eye drops (2), having an opening at the top and having an eye drops outlet (10) at the bottom part; an elastic seal assembly (3) installed inside the eye drops storage (1), forming a space with the outlet (10) for storing the eye drops (2); and an extrusion device (4) installed at the top of the eye drops storage (1), for extruding the elastic seal assembly (3), so as to compress the space storing the eye drops (2) to enable the eye drops (2) to drop from the eye drops outlet (10). The dropper of the eye drops adopts a compression and extrusion device to drop the eye drops, which has a simple and convenient operation, saves time and power, avoids wastes, has a simple design and structure and is convenient for use.
