摘要 <p>This hybrid vehicle control device improves the fuel efficiency of an internal combustion engine in a hybrid vehicle. The hybrid vehicle control device (100) is provided with a reduction control means for reducing the engine speed to or below a stop-enabling speed at the time of an internal combustion engine stop request, a stop control means for stopping the internal combustion engine after the engine speed has been reduced to or below the stop-enabling speed, a specifying means for specifying a permissible charging power of the power storage means at the time of a stop request, and an inertia control means for reducing the inertial mass of the flywheel the smaller the specified permissible charging power is.</p>
