<p>This manufacturing machine is provided with: a run-out pathway in which a tow (5) is continually run out and moved; a forming device that forms the tow (5) into a cylindrical continuous body (11) with a hollow rod shape in which a through hole (15) is formed longitudinally and delivers the cylindrical continuous body (11) that has been formed; a forming tube (12) that has a tube shaped forming pathway (2) that passes the tow (5) while narrowing the same down and forms the cylindrical continuous body (11); a mandrel (13), which is disposed along the axial line of the forming tube (12) and which forms the tube shaped forming pathway (2) in concert with the forming tube (12); recessed parts and protruding parts that form a recessed and protruding shape on the outer edge of the mandrel (13) in a cross-sectional surface of the mandrel (13); an opening part linking the outer part and an inner part of the mandrel (13); and a suction device (6) that holds the tow by section via the opening part.</p> |
