PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition having especially high osmotic force of an effective pharmaceutical component.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition to be used for humans and animals comprises: at least one effective component acting on a whole body and/or acting topically and capable of being applied topically; and at least one phospholipid improving the delivery of the effective component which passes through cell membranes and containing at least 60 wt.% concentration of phosphatidylcholine to the phospholipid. The composition shows a liquid viscosity with which the composition can be sprayed in a form of liquid drops or foams. While, the composition further contains, beside at least 60 wt.% of phosphatidylcholine, at most 7.5 wt.% concentration of oil.
