PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically make delicious rice bread from raw rice by a cutting and kneading means that achieves noise reduction, vibration lowering, and prevention of jumping up and down of a solution when rice paste is made, and is excellent in a kneading performance of dough.SOLUTION: In an automatic breadmaking apparatus, a cutting and kneading means 27 is composed of a kneading part 28 having a shape with a total height decreasing from an approximate central part of a container 23 toward an approximate centrifugal direction in an approximate L shape, and a cutting part 29 approximately parallel to the bottom surface of the container, which cuts rice softer than raw rice to achieve noise reduction and lower vibration when rice paste is made, and enables breadmaking using the raw rice with a stable completion by consistently performing various processes from kneading of dough to baking by the automatic breadmaking apparatus. |
