PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio station that are capable of efficiently using radio resources while coping with drastic variations of radio communication quality.SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes a plurality of radio stations. At least one of the plurality of radio stations allocates a part of allocatable communication resources as one or more individual resources about which a transmission source radio station and a transmission destination radio station are individually set, and allocates another part of the allocatable communication resources as shared resources which a plurality of transmission source radio stations or a plurality of transmission destination radio stations commonly use. Each of the radio stations encodes a transmission signal by use of an organization code, transmits the transmission signal before encoded by use of individual resources allocated to each radio station, and transmits the parity part of the encoded transmission signal by use of the shared resource allocated to each radio station. |
