Disclosed are a lifting device and a telescopic container adapted thereto. The lifting device comprises: a first rotary shaft system, comprising a first rotary shaft (3), a first counterweight component (1), and a bottom plate (5), wherein a first changeover switch (9) and a fixed pulley (2a-2f) are provided on the first rotary shaft (3) for setting the changeover of the first rotary shaft (3); a second rotary shaft system, comprising a second rotary shaft (14), a second counterweight component (10) and a clutching apparatus (21) thereon, and a second external force applying apparatus, wherein a second fixed pulley (12), a second counterweight component (10) at one end of a sling (11) and a plummet (13) at the other end thereof are provided on the second rotary shaft (14), and the second external force applying apparatus includes a driven gear (15) on the second rotary shaft (14), a small driving wheel (16), a large unidirectional driving flywheel (17), and a second changeover switch (18) on a shaft of the large driving flywheel and the small driving gear; and a first external force applying system on the first rotary shaft (3), which system comprises a unidirectional flywheel (8) socketed onto the first rotary shaft (3), a pressing rod (7) and a first pressing surface (6) thereof. By using the lifting device, it is possible to simply and easily lift the sunken object storage container from below the ground to ground level. |
