Disclosed are a user data processing method and device. The method comprises: sending a query command to a terminal, wherein the query command carries at least one user data identifier of user data to be queried for and the user data identifier is used for identifying data to be queried for in the application of the terminal; and receiving a query result reported by the terminal, wherein the query result comprises the user data identifier and the data corresponding to the user data identifier. The present invention improves the user experience. |
