The present invention relates to an easy-to-install hood apparatus for roasting that can be conveniently installed on a table or a ceiling, etc. and can not only suck in and purify smoke generated upon roasting but also allow a purification canister and a filter to be separated for easy cleaning and replacement so as to extend the service life.
