PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce without introducing an unclear image from a video-recording start operating time to a video-recording end operating time even when a scene change effect such as cross fade is applied, and to reproduce without including an image which a user does not expect even during the scene change effect.SOLUTION: Defining a moving image right before a video-recording start operation as a preceding moving image, a moving image from the video-recording start operation to a video-recording end operation as a main moving image, and a moving image right after the video-recording end operation as a subsequent moving image, when continuously reproducing a first moving image and a second moving image including all of the above, a scene change effect is applied to a subsequent moving image of the first moving image and a preceding moving image of the second moving image for at least either period of a period in which a scene is determined to be continuing from the video-recording end operation time in the subsequent moving image of the first moving image or a period in which a scene is determined to be continuing from the video-recording start operation time of the preceding moving image of the second moving image. |
