PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a light thiol generator in which reaction efficiency is excellent and practicality is high, that is excellent in storage stability even if being used as a radiation curing material, and in which carbon dioxide gas does not occur at thiol generation; and a photosensitive resin composition that contains the light thiol generator.SOLUTION: In a light thiol generator, since photocyclization reaction is caused by irradiation of light and thiol is generated, progress of the reaction can be controlled by the irradiation of light. Moreover, a group of an α position of a carbonyl group adjacent to an S group does not become a hydrogen atom. By presence of such group, even if the light thiol generator is used to be combined with a thiol reaction compound as a radiation curing material, pot life is long, storage stability is excellent, reaction efficiency is excellent, and practicality is high. Thus a carboxylic acid compound is produced in which generation of carbon dioxide gas does not occur at generation of thiol. |
