PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a surface of a metal from being oxidized without causing deterioration in solder wettability and a decline in solder joint strength.SOLUTION: An antioxidant coating is formed by applying a metal surface treatment agent containing an organic phosphonic acid including an alkyl group, preferably a fluoroalkyl group to a metal surface. The antioxidant coating has a thickness of 20 nm or more, and preferably 200 nm or less. |
