PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a glare-proofing effect and clearly project a projection content.SOLUTION: A first acquisition unit 30 of a projection device 12 acquires a projection image including a projection content that is a projection object. A second acquisition unit 32 acquires a light distribution image in which first brightness of a first area corresponding to the projection content is higher than second brightness of a second area other than the first area. A generation unit 34 generates a synthetic image of the projection image and the light distribution image. A projection unit 26 projects the synthetic image onto a projection object area.
