PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element which has an adjustable color temperature while maintaining high luminance and long service life that are characteristic of a multi-unit structure.SOLUTION: An organic EL element (1) comprises, between an anode (4) and a cathode (12), at least two light-emitting units (6, 10) and a connector layer (8) disposed between the light-emitting units (6, 10). The light-emitting unit (10) positioned on the cathode (12) side is partitioned into a region of the same emission color as the light-emitting unit (6) positioned on the anode (4) side and a region different in emission color from the light-emitting unit (6) in an in-plane direction of a light-emitting pixel. |
