PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb structure inspection method in which inspection of a honeycomb structure can be performed with higher accuracy, and also to provide a honeycomb structure manufacturing method, and a honeycomb structure inspection device.SOLUTION: In an inspection method for a honeycomb structure 70 in which a plurality of through-holes are disposed substantially parallel to each other on the top surface and bottom surface, includes: an irradiation step in which light is irradiated on the surface of the honeycomb structure 70 while scanning the surface; a light-receiving step in which reflected light of the light irradiated on the honeycomb structure 70 in the irradiation step is received; and a calculation step in which shape data related to a shape of the honeycomb structure 70 is calculated from the relationship between an irradiation angle of the irradiation light Ri irradiated on the honeycomb structure 70 in the irradiation step and the light-receiving angle of the reflected light Ro received in the light-receiving step. |
