PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an analog/digital converting device for simultaneously converting a plurality of analog signals into a digital signal with mutually different resolutions with a small circuit scale and low power consumption.SOLUTION: An analog/digital converting device 10 includes: a first analog/digital converter (ADC)103-1 for converting an analog signal to a digital signal with first resolution; a second analog/digital converter ADC103-2 for converting an analog signal to a digital signal with second resolution lower than the first resolution; and a first switch 101 which receives a first analog signal, a second analog signal and a control signal, and switches whether to output the first analog signal and the second analog signal to either the first ADC or the second ADC according to the control signal.
