PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel used for various electronic devices capable of operating with a small force while ensuring reliable operation.SOLUTION: The touch panel includes an elastic layer 7 formed of a resin 7B in which plural conductive particles 7A are dispersed between an upper conductive layer 3 and a lower conductive layer 4. An air layer 7C is formed between the conductive particles 7A and the lower conductive layer 4. Therefore, the plural conductive particles 7A are dispersed in the elastic layer 7 and the air layer 7C is formed between the conductive particles 7A and the lower conductive layer 4. With this, the upper conductive layer 3 and the lower conductive layer 4 can be reliably brought into contact with each other via the conductive particle 7A with a small pressure force. Thus, the touch panel ensures a reliable operation with a small operation force. |
