PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a vibration control structure, which absorbs seismic energy by a vibration control device connecting two constituent piles on a pile foundation supporting a construction such as a building, by utilizing a difference in horizontal displacement between the piles.SOLUTION: In a vibration control structure (10) for a construction (11) constructed on a pile foundation (14) to support the same, the pile foundation (14) comprises: two piles (20 and 22); and a vibration control device (28) which is connected to the two piles and applies vibration control action to the same. The two piles (20 and 22) are constructed to generate different horizontal displacement when receiving seismic force. |
