PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a divided laminated core having an improved assemblability thereof, the method enabling a discharge of the divided laminated core having a level difference between a yoke and teeth without inclining the divided laminated core inside a mold to the outside of the mold.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a divided laminated core comprises: a yoke projection piece forming step in which a round hole having a same diameter with the inner diameter of a yoke piece 4 is formed by punching a thin strip material W; a slot punching step in which prescribed pieces of slots S are punched in the thin strip material W; a shearing/bending step in which connection portions 9 of adjacent divided core pieces in the divided core pieces 12 that are annularly aligned on the thin strip material W are sheared off to be separated, and a bending process is applied to each one side of the separated connection portions; an inner shape punching step in which teeth tips of teeth pieces 3 of divided core pieces 12 are formed by punching; and outer shape punching step in which each individual divided core piece is separated and formed by punching the outer shape of the divided core pieces 12, and laminating the divided core pieces on the under-layer divided core pieces 12 that have been already punched and formed, and fitting them together. |
