The present invention is provided with a sheet transfer device, a drug injection unit, a sealing device, and a control unit, wherein: the control unit packages a drug by controlling the sheet transfer device and the sealing device; multiple package bodies formed by means of the sheet transfer device and the sealing device include multiple drug-containing package bodies and multiple dummy packages which do not contain the drug; and the control unit controls the sheet transfer device and the sealing device such that the multiple dummy packages are formed further upstream the transfer direction relative to the drug-containing package bodies and such that at least one dummy package from among the multiple dummy packages is formed to have a smaller size than the drug-containing package bodies in the lengthwise direction. |
