A pumping mechanism comprises a pumping cylinder (1), an oscillating cylinder (2), a first reversing valve (3), a second reversing valve (4), a main pump (5), an oscillating pump (6), and a controller (7). The main pump (5) drives the pumping cylinder (1) and controls the movement direction of the pumping cylinder (1) through the first reversing valve (3). The oscillating pump (6) drives the oscillating cylinder (2) and controls the movement direction of the oscillating pump (2) through the second reversing valve (4). The controller (7) transmits a reversing signal to the first reversing valve (3) and the second reversing valve (4) according to the movement velocity of a piston rod of the pumping cylinder (1). Also disclosed are a control method for controlling the pumping mechanism and concrete pumping equipment having the pumping mechanism. The pumping mechanism can reduce the impact from the pumping cylinder and improve the movement coordination of the distribution valve of the pumping cylinder, thereby improving the overall performance of the pumping mechanism.
