<p>The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing a fused heterocyclic compound which is used as a raw material for OLEDs, OPVs and OTFTs, which are organic electronic materials. The method for preparing a derivative of 4,8-dione-benzodithiophene, according to the present invention, remarkably shortens the process of a reaction by enabling a carbon-carbon coupling reaction under the presence of a Gilman reagent, thereby substantially increasing a reaction yield. Additionally, the derivative of 4,8-dione-benzodithiophene, according to the present invention, can be used effectively as a raw material for OLEDs, OPVs and OTFTs, which are organic electronic materials, and can reduce time and costs for developing and manufacturing organic electronic materials such as OLED, OPV and OTFT.</p> |
