A 3D display device and a phase delay sheet (10) thereof. The 3D display device includes the phase delay sheet (10), and also includes a liquid crystal display panel and a black matrix (25). The liquid crystal display panel is provided with a semi-source-electrode driving structure and includes a pixel array which comprises a plurality of parallel pixel columns (22). The black array (25) includes a plurality of light shading columns (250) which are arranged corresponding to the intervals of adjacent pixel columns (22). Every light shading column (250) is provided with two parallel sides which both protrude a plurality of projecting parts (251, 251a, 251b). The phase delay sheet (10) is provided on the liquid crystal display panel and includes a plurality of parallel and connected phase delay unit columns (10a, 10b), every side of the phase delay unit columns (10a, 10b) is wavy and arranged corresponding to one light shading column (250) of the black array (25). The wavy side includes wave peaks (100) and wave troughs (101), wherein the wave peaks (100) are located at the projecting parts (251a) of one side of the corresponding light shading column (250) and the wave troughs (101) are located at the projecting parts (251b) of the other side of the corresponding light shading column (250). When attachment deviation occurs on the phase delay sheet (10), the light transmission area of adjacent pixel electrodes (23) in the same pixel column (22) corresponding to the phase delay unit column (10a, 10b) with the wavy side is maintained consistent, and thereby the color deviation problem can be avoided.
