A gripping device of a blade for a wind generator is disclosed. A gripping device of a blade for a wind generator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a pair of gripping arms to grip the outer surface of a blade by approaching each other or moving apart from each other; and a vacuum suction unit at the end of the gripping arms to absorb the outer surface of the blade with a vacuum suction force by coming in contact with the outer surface of the blade.
