摘要 <p>An audio signal conversion device (exemplified by an audio signal processing section (73)) includes: a conversion section that reads out each input audio signal in two channels while shifting by one fourth the length of a processing segment for each read-out, multiplies the read audio signals in the processing segment by the Hann window function, and then applies a discrete Fourier transform; an extraction section that ignores the DC components of the audio signals in the two channels, to which the discrete Fourier transform has been applied, and extracts correlation signals; an inverse conversion section that applies an inverse discrete Fourier transform to the correlation signals extracted by the extraction section or audio signals generated from the correlation signals; and a window function multiplication section (83) that multiplies again the audio signals in the processing segment among the audio signals to which the inverse discrete Fourier transform has been applied, by the Hann window function, shifts the resultant signals by one fourth the length of the processing segment, and adds the signals to the audio signals in the prior processing segment. As a result, this audio signal conversion device can convert audio signals in multiple channels without generating noise caused by discontinuous points.</p>
