The present invention relates to a 3D laser scanning system and to a method for obtaining 3D images using the system, wherein 3D images are obtained by means of a point cloud obtained by receiving reflective light reflected from a target through a linear array type photo detector after rotating and emitting a linear pulse laser light through 360°, and by measuring the distance relative to the target. By configuring the linear pulse laser light and the linear array type photo detector to have a symmetric alignment of different fields of view, the 3D laser scanning system and the method for obtaining the 3D image may obtain wide-angle data at a short distance and obtain remote data having excellent vertical resolution even without increasing the optical output at long range.
