PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect pest disinfestation lighting system capable of suppressing the generation of spider mite.SOLUTION: An insect pest disinfestation lighting system 10 includes a light source 24 that illuminates a rear side of a leaf of a plant with light having a wavelength from 260-305 nm of 2 μW/cmin the range of 2 to 50 μW/cm. The light source 24 emits light in an emission direction set in a range from the horizontal direction to the vertically upward direction to illuminate the rear sides of the leaves of a plant P. |
