PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a small installation area, attaining an environment desirable for proliferating bacteria by independently using activated sludge carriers to be used without mixing according to kinds, and for removing nitrogen and phosphorus adding to organic substance by the activated sludge (microorganism group).SOLUTION: A device has an anaerobic tank 1, an oxygen free tank 4, and aerobic tank 2 and is characterized in that first activated sludge-containing carriers 21 are housed in the anaerobic tank and the oxygen free tank, and has a flow channel through which the first activated sludge containing carriers flows from the anaerobic tank to the oxygen free tank and a flow channel through which the same flows from the oxygen free tank to the anaerobic tank along with water to be treated, a second activated sludge-containing carriers 22 are housed in the aerobic tank, the aerobic tank has an aerobic tank filter 12, the aerobic tank filter does not pass the second activated sludge containing carriers such that the same stagnate in the aerobic tank, the water to be treated is flown out to the oxygen free tank. |
