PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a transfer processing circuit scale from significantly increasing and also support a broadcast frame and a frame having a different downlink transmission rate, thereby cutting down unnecessary power consumption according to an operation mode.SOLUTION: A frame transfer processing unit 20 includes for each transmission system buffers 27A and 27B, buffer readout control units 28A and 28B, and LLID conversion units 29A and 29B which, when the LLID of a downlink frame is a broadcast LLID, rewrite the LLID as a designated LLID. A power supply control unit 30 supplies, according to a set signal, power to all of the buffers 27A and 27B, the buffer readout control units 28A and 28B, and the LLID conversion units 29A and 29B for a downlink transmission system which is placed into a used state, and cuts off power supply to part or all of the buffers 27A and 27B, the buffer readout control units 28A and 28B, and the LLID conversion units 29A and 29B for a downlink transmission system which is placed into an unused state. |
