PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a service providing device which requires personal attribute information to have low risk of leakage of the attribute information and acquire authentic personal attribute information.SOLUTION: A personal attribute information management system comprises a service providing device 4 and a personal attribute information management device 5. The service providing device 4 receives service application data requiring service and signed authorization data electronically signed by a secret key from a user terminal device 3, and transmits the signed authorization data to the personal attribute information management device 5. On the basis of signature verification of the signed authorization data, the personal attribute information management device 5 transmits personal attribute information related to the signed authorization data to the service providing device 4. The service providing device 4 provides service for the user terminal device 3 on receiving the personal attribute information.
