PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation device, electronic apparatus that are able to adjust, for example, the degree of incidence of light from an external field into the pupils of a user.SOLUTION: An observation device 100 comprises: a deflecting part 110 having a deflecting area 111 where a virtual image is projected by deflecting a display image, shown on the display part 210 of an electronic apparatus 200, by reflection and a direct sight area 112, which is an area through which light transmits or an open area; a first light shielding part 120 that shields the direct sight area 112 of the deflecting part 110 against light; a second light shielding part 130 that shields the deflecting area 111 of the deflecting part 110 against light; and an adjusting part 190 that adjusts light shield for the deflecting part 110 by the first light shielding part 120 and the second light shielding part 130. |
