The present invention includes a weighting function setting step, wherein a weighting function (504) is set on the basis of the amount of deviation in the impedance of a control subject (503), and a transfer function determination step, wherein the transfer function for a power controller (103) is determined, said transfer function comprising an internal model transfer function (501) obtained by performing a Laplace transformation on a reference voltage value, and a partial controller transfer function (502) which receives the output from the internal model transfer function (501) and computes a control output. In the transfer function determination step the partial controller transfer function (502) is determined by means of H∞ control logic such that a first control amount, obtained by multiplying the control output by the weighting function (504), and a second control amount, which is the output from the internal model transfer function (501), are reduced. |
