PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of reducing image quality deterioration in blur addition processing by reducing an error of a subject distance estimated, an image processing method, an image processing program and an imaging device.SOLUTION: An image processing device for calculating a subject distance from a plurality of images having blurs different from one another includes: positional deviation detection means for detecting positional deviation among the plurality of images; distance information calculation means for calculating distance information that is information representing a subject distance in an area in each image from the plurality of images; and reliability information calculation means for generating reliability information that is information representing reliability with respect to the subject distance calculated for each area on the basis of the positional deviation detected. The distance information calculation means changes the distance information calculated on the basis of the reliability information.
