PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that stagnation is generated in a portion where a reinforcing rib of the filter is provided and the bubble discharge decreases.SOLUTION: A filter unit 9 in which a plurality of filter holes 91 that extend to the whole area in the nozzle arrangement direction of a plurality of individual channels 5 and filter the liquid are formed is provided between a common liquid chamber 10 and a liquid introduction 8, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 92 (comprising ribs 92a and 92b) are set up in the filter unit 9 in the nozzle arrangement direction. The reinforcing rib 92 is partially provided for the entire width of the filter unit 9 on an orthogonal direction to the nozzle arrangement direction. Adjoining filter regions 9A and 9A that are divided by the reinforcing rib 92 communicate through a coupling area 93 that has no reinforcing rib 92, and the filter hole 91a is formed in this coupling area 93 as well. |
