PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional imaging apparatus in which a user him/herself cannot use private information when the disclosure of private information is restricted.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: imaging means for capturing an image of a subject and obtaining an image; means for acquiring imaging information that indicates information related to the imaging of a subject; determination means for determining whether imaging information is private information or not; association means for associating imaging information with the image when the imaging information is determined not to be private information; and transmission means for transmitting imaging information to an information processor when the imaging information is determined to be private information. When imaging information is determined to be private information, the association means does not allow imaging information to be associated with the image but allows link information for acquiring imaging information from the information processor on the basis of an access condition to be set in the imaging information to be associated with the image.
