PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation cooking apparatus for improving an agitation power more.SOLUTION: An agitation cooking apparatus includes: a cooking container 3 in which food materials are put in to cook; an agitation shaft 5 which is disposed at a slant to the cooking container 3 from an upper part over a lower part and can be driven to agitate; a circular agitating blade 7 whose lower side is attached to the agitation shaft 5 and whose upper side is spaced around the agitation shaft 5; and a rotating member 9 which is disposed by inserting from above of the cooking container 3 to the inside of the rotation trajectory of the agitation offspring 7 and is driven to rotate around the shaft to agitate or cut the food materials; and an agitation function part 29 which is protrusively provided on at least one of the agitation shaft 5 and the agitating blade 7 and is disposed so that the rotation trajectory avoids the rotating member 9. |
