METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BLADE FOR ROTARY MACHINE AND CASTING JIG FOR BALANCE WEIGHT USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a blade for a rotary machine and a casting jig for a balance weight used therefor.SOLUTION: In a worked blade, a working target blade is obtained which is provided with a boss projection section and a shaft projection section at both ends of an airfoil section. At a boss projection section of the blade and the shaft projection section are formed with a boss side center hole and a shaft side center hole. A balance weight is attached to a work target blade so that the airfoil section is buried in the balance weight. At least either of the shaft side center hole and the boss side center hole is supported at the center, and an integrating blade with the balance weight attached to the working target blade is rotated to lathe the shaft side projection section and the boss projection section. In attachment of the balance weight, the balance weight is attached to the working target blade so that a center of gravity of the integration blade is positioned nearly on a straight line passing through the shaft side center hole and the boss side center hole.
