PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a determination process by correcting not only a remainder time but also a minimum use time of a road-to-vehicle communication period, when another purpose period has been secured during the road-to-vehicle communication.SOLUTION: A road-side communicator 2 according to the present invention includes a control unit 23 that determines availability of a remainder time on the basis of a minimum use time of a road-to-vehicle communication period used for determining whether or not it is possible to use the remainder time of the road-to-vehicle communication period allocated to the self communicator 2 for data transmission. The control unit 23 secures a range of a prescribed period from the last number of the road-to-vehicle communication period allocated to the self communicator 2, as another purpose period used for the other communication purpose other than the road-to-vehicle communication. The control unit 23 determines the availability of the remainder time on the basis of a remainder time correction value obtained by subtracting a prescribed time from the remainder time of the road-to-vehicle communication period, and a minimum use time correction value of the road-to-vehicle communication period obtained by subtracting a prescribed period from the minimum use time of the road-to-vehicle communication period. |
