PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure for a vehicle, in which required airtightness and joining strength are reliably maintained on joining a plurality of pipes and a connecting member and deformation in a preliminarily bent shape in a pipe body is suppressed, and thereby a shape correcting step can be eliminated.SOLUTION: An oil delivery pipe 10 is composed of a union 11 being a connecting member and a first shower pipe 13 and a second shower pipe 14 being pipe bodies. The delivery pipe 10 is manufactured by press-fitting the pipes 13, 14 that are preliminarily bent into a product shape, into two insertion holes 12 formed in the union 11, and by caulking the peripheries of the insertion holes 12 of the union 11 where the pipes 13, 14 are press-fitted. By the method, the union 11 and the pipes 13, 14 can be joined while reliably maintaining required airtightness and joining strength without carrying out a heating step or a cooling step that causes deformation in the preliminarily bent shapes of the pipes 13, 14. |
