PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed coating apparatus obtaining stable immersion depth and capable of preventing or suppressing the occurrence of resin dripping, and a rotary electrical machinery.SOLUTION: An immersion region 56 in which a part of an article to be processed (a mutually joined part 20 of coil elements 14) is immersed and non-immersion regions 58 and 60 in which a powder insulating resin 32 flowing out of the immersion region 56 flows are provided to a fluid tank 36 of a fluidized bed coating apparatus 30. The flowing of the insulating powder resin 32 in the fluid tank 36 is controlled so that the surface layer part of the insulating powder resin 32 in the immersion region 56 becomes higher than the surface layer part of the insulating powder resin 32 in the non-immersion regions 58 and 60. The powder insulating resin 32 is divided in mutually opposite directions at the upper part of the immersion region 56 to flow to the non-immersion regions 58 and 60.
