<p>Utility model in the field of construction products and refers to the construction of a composite insulation panel. The composite panel consists of a single layer of polyurethane foam (1) with a thickness of more than 20 mm. The second layer is a fiberglass cloth (2) with a thickness of not more than 2 mm. The two layers are glued to one another. On the periphery of the panel a glab (6 and 7) to the two neighboring sides and a tooth respectively (5 and 8) to the opposite of these sides are made to eliminate any thermal bridge during installation.
