Provided is a cell separation bag by which a layer of target cells can be properly separated by a density gradient centrifugation process using a very simple technique. The present invention is provided with: a first bag section (110) into which a sample solution is poured in before a centrifuge separation treatment, and in which target cells are located after the centrifuge separation treatment; a second bag section (120) into which a density gradient centrifuge separation medium is poured in before the centrifuge separation treatment, and in which an unwanted component is located after the centrifuge separation treatment; and a connection section (130). The first bag section (110) is provided with a port section (310) through which a liquid is poured out or poured in. The connection section (130) is provided with a first temporary locking section (210) for ending a state of communication between the first bag section (110) and the second bag section (120).
